Healing has always been in my hands.
As a Registered Nurse, I have spent years learning how stress, struggle, and life itself show up on the body — on the skin, in the feet that carry us, in the hands that give endlessly to everyone else. I learned that caring for the body is not vanity. It is an act of survival. A declaration that you matter too.
CaeriBeauty was born from that conviction — and from the women who came before me. Women who knew that plants were medicine. Women who passed down rituals of restoration long before there was a word for wellness. I carry their knowledge forward in every balm, every butter, every oil I create.
